Group assignment for 8/23:
Read Right Concentration pgs – 42-43. Practice the two exercieses, falling leaves and car meditation each day for the week.
Along with the two exercises practice a 5 minute thought exercise – concentrate on an object (pencil, paperclip, ect) for 5 minutes only thinking about that object. Your thoughts cannot stray from the object at hand. Do the same object for 2-3 days then switch to another simple object to focus your thought on.
