Relapse Prevention Phase II Group

Relapse Prevention Phase II Group is a program designed to explore what it means to be human. By engaging in mindfulness clients will discover where their attachments lay and why they suffer; and be given a path of liberation from their suffering. Each client has the potential to let go of what no longer serves them, experience the full reality of life, and find happiness in the moment; because the present moment is all we truly have.

We use two workbooks in this group, along with daily meditations and assignments.

Introduction to The Four Noble Truths and Eightfold Path to Understanding:
